I think we need to look at the USA as a diseased entity. From top to bottom, it is rotting. The actions of some folks, deranged or not, are not the disease even though unacceptable. They are the SYMPTOM. The White House is corrupt, Health care is corrupt, the Insurance industry is corrupt. All doing very well, while AMericans go broke, die, suffer at their hands, so when somebody goes off the rails and commits some horrible act, we can’t see beyond that. When a leg rots off, due to infection… bad, yeah? But why infected???… The host has Insulin Dependent Diabetes. That is the root issue, not the rotting leg. Think about it. All across America, we are busy trying to fix the rot of the limb, rather than find a cure for the cause of it. Put the same model on our government. It is the disease, along with all the corruption in our main institutions… ALL OF THEM, from education, to insurance, to real estate, to construction, to Unions and especially to health care. … ALL have turned on the working man,,,, for profit and power. WE pay to die, be evicted, be canceled while they get richer and richer…. Get a more PRAGMATIC view of this damn mess. Why are folks feeling f’d over? By these entities, well , because they are..!! Wake the hell up and see the trees within the forest.

That is all very true, Milo. But the constitution was written by men of honor and was meant to be a guideline for humanity in their lifetime and hopefully for those that followed. It was not meant to be a panacea of answers for anyone to use as they wished. Some politicians think they can use it as support for anything or anyway they wish.
