The governor should just sign an executive order if it passes that says you can grow your own, that would do two things, make it actually legal, and it would be a big slap in the face of the weed monopolies.
When a person get arrested for weed. The officer gets paid that’s his job. The attorney gets paid. Bail bonds get paid, Court fees are paid, there’s a fine, and possible a class you have to take. That’s at least $2k a person. That’s why it’s not legal in every state. That’s a lot of revenue.
