Trump pardoning is son in law father wasn’t for a firearms violation. Hunter’s was far more serious Violation. I think anyone either half a brain knew a Pardon from Daddy was coming down.
Actually, the firearms charge was less serious than some of the other charges against him. It always amuses me when anyone on the right – who presumably defends our 2nd amendment rights and opposes background checks – feigns outrage over someone on the left purchasing a firearm in violation of the very laws that help to undermine that right. Was Hunter Biden accused of using a firearm to commit a crime? No. I’m a hell of a lot more concerned with his corrupt international dealings than whether or not he was in possession of a revolver. As for Charles Kushner, allowing such a corrupt convicted felon to hold any position in this administration should be troubling to every American. Kushner pleaded GUILTY, so it’s not like the charges brought against him were baseless and for purely political purposes. Yet he didn’t serve his full prison sentence, thanks to a very poor decision by Trump when he pardoned him. Instead of counting his blessings and quietly living out the rest of his days a free man, Kushner is still continuing his business of influencing those in power. And, I’m sorry to say, it looks as if Trump is falling back into his old habit of appointing people who are not on board with putting America first. This should be of concern to anyone who gives a crap about our country’s future. I’m a staunch supporter of the America first movement that Trump has orchestrated, but I’m not such an a**kisser that I won’t call out his decisions when I believe they’re clearly wrong.
Hunter also plead guilty to the gun charges and the IRS charges. He was awaiting sentencing, even though he most likely knew Daddy would pardon him when he plead guilty. The most serious of the upcoming charges are way more serious because it deals with foreign entities. Quid Pro Quo, violating the FARA Act, accepting bribery monies. The list goes on and it’s currently under investigation by Congress. Daddy also pardoned those acts even though the charges hadn’t been formally brought yet. Any acts/crimes that Hunter committed between 2014 and 2024 but not yet under investigation is also pardoned because evidence is still being gathered. Hunter can now go on a huge crime spree between now and Jan. 20 and never have to pay the price. This is a huge travesty of justice and Obiden lied through his teeth to America!

You’re right about that. The entire Kushner clan needs to be kept as far away from our government as possible. Trump should have learned that last time. They’re all snakes who can’t be trusted. Their allegiance is not to America, and they will only work to weaken Trump’s administration. This is a terrible move.

Actually, that’s being looked into. Even though the SC hasn’t been presented with that, it has been brought up. Not sure if “pardoning oneself” is specifically in writing.
He had to pardon Hunter. He knows where the “bodies are buried” in that family. He probably threatened to out him as a witness if he wasn’t pardoned.Hunter said a few years ago that he was sick of having to support that family. Biden shilled him out thinking that he could just blame his son and or cover it up if selling his political influence through Hunter came to light.. which he actually did. This is what’s running the country?
Hunter can now be called as a witness against his father and family members and no longer can claim under the protection of the 5th Amendment to not answer for fear of self incrimination as he has no fear of self incriminating himself since he’s been given a complete pardon. So let the court hear what he has to say about the evidence he has and what he has done for his family members especially his father Joe Biden without any worry of being charged for anything crimes since his dear old dad gave him a full and complete pardon
