I read last week that unfortunately, McConnell is only stepping down from his leadership. He will continue in the Senate until his term is over in 2027. He will still be an influence in the Senate as Pelosi is still an influence in the House.
Maybe God will have different plans for McConnell, one can only pray that the RINO retires before 2027!
Surely there is a way to get rid of him, he’ll just vote against anything Republicans enact.
The secret ballot is the only way to ensure that the party doesn’t have the last say, but each individual Senator can vote his or her conscience without party interference. This is the way is should be.
Not only leadership roles, but both chambers of Congress should only vote by secret ballot on all legislation to prevent party interference.
