I agree. I have a friend that has lived in his home since 1951 and he has a beautiful fireplace but can’t use it. And then all the ritzy homes have gas fireplaces and not just one but it every bedroom, too.

I wouldn’t live near a big city if you paid me to do so..because of just what you said about a fire place..I can burn wood in mine it saves a fortune to beat the cost of electricity and buying gas or propane I also know why they didn’t have water to put out the fire in California simply because those thieves in government out there like to turn the rainwater back into the ocean then claim there is a shortage and charge residents more for water and fine anyone for having a way of catching water on their own land get rid of the progressive money ticks and quit voting for “the green new steal “
